The First Mono-crystalline Silicon Rod was Produced Successfully!

Congratulations to our customer, Qinghai Jingke Energy Co., Ltd! Their first rod of large-size industrial mono-crystalline silicon was produced successfully. The big long silicon rods with smooth &delicate surfaces are used to make solar panels for photovoltaic solar power generation.

The IGBT high-frequency switch rectifiers we installed with mono-crystalline silicon line feature output DC constant power and constant current. The rectifiers adopt synchronous rectifying technology and realize over 6% electricity-saving. Our rectifiers design multiple outputs: 2 outputs for the furnace top, and the other 2 outputs for the furnace bottom. For heating furnaces of silicon rod production, the rectifiers contribute high stability, high precision, low ripple factor, high electricity saving, and 24-hour continuous working advantages. The rectifiers are crucial for the monocrystalline silicon rods production line. Here are pictures of our rectifier installation and running status for your reference:-

Our rectifiers can be used not only for applications requiring DC output of furnace heating but also for metal & plastic surface finishing such as zinc plating, nickel plating, copper plating, chromium plating, etc. They can be applied for anodizing, oxidation, coloring, hard anodizing, hard chrome plating, precious metal plating, PCB plating, nickel net plating, copper foil plating, water treatment, and other fields.
